Thermostatically Controlled Rod Heater
How it works
This is our Pier Pressure Drives labeled ground heater (rod heater) This is a thermostatically controlled unit that is self contained, It heats up to 550F and takes as little as 15-20 minutes to thaw a 16” hole depending on the soil type. The heater takes 110v (standard household power) This unit measures 36” and 1-1/4” diameter. You will need a hammer drill with a 1-1/2” bit to pre drill the holes to insert the heater into the ground.
